This information is for users that registered on our previous site, or for new users who have forgotten their password.
In order to make this transition as smooth as possible, customers who registered on our old site have been pre-registered on this new site. This should prevent you from having to re-enter all of your personal information as well as to wait to be approved as a user. However, to make this transition, we had to give you a NEW PASSWORD.
You will need to use the "forgot password" button to have your new password emailed to you. After logging in, you can change your password to anything you prefer. Instructions for this process are below. If you follow these instructions and still cannot retrieve your password, please re-register.
Please note, we are still in the process of adding products to the new site and are still working out unforeseen technical issues. We ask you, our valuable customer, to please bear with us during this time.

TO RETRIEVE YOUR PASSWORD AND SELECT A NEW ONE OF YOUR CHOICE:
1) Click on the "Register To Enter Site" button to go to the log-in area.
2) Type the email that you used to register into the "forgot password" area. YOUR NEW PASSWORD WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU.
3) After checking your email, return to www.salemcollection.com and click the "Register To Enter Site" button again to get back to the log-in screen. Log in under "Returning Customers" with the password that was emailed to you.
4) If you want to change your password to one of your choice, click the "Update Address" link and you will be able to change it on the next screen.
