Initial opening order is $100.00. Minimum reorders are $75.00. You may request a desired ship date and/or cancel date (last day orders may be shipped from our warehouse). Orders without ship and/or cancel dates will be shipped at the discretion of The Salem Collection. On all orders, please include the buyer's name, company name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, and especially your telephone number. MINIMUMS FOR INDIVIDUAL ITEMS must be met. If you specify a number lower than the required minimum for that item, or for a quantity that is not a multiple of the minimum quantity, your order will be AUTOMATICALLY ROUNDED UP to meet the required minimums. Unless you specify otherwise, we will use our best judgement regarding back-ordering products. We will not ship back-ordered items after the cancel date on the original order without notification. Payment options include prepaid (please include 25% for shipping charges – if shipping charges are less than 25% we will credit your account for the difference when the order is shipped); MasterCard, Visa or American Express; and net 10 days. Net terms require approval from our credit department and an initial order of at least $300.00. Credit approval may take up to four weeks, therefore we suggest that you have your first order shipped by credit card or prepaid. Payments are accepted in US dollars only.
If an order is prepaid (via money order, cashier's check, personal check or company check) orders will not be processed until after receipt for clearance of funds. A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

Damaged and defective goods may be returned if permission is secured from The Salem Collection within 30 days of the ship date. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (issued by our Customer Care Team) clearly written on the outside of each package. Packages without RA numbers will not be accepted at our warehouse for account credit. If you receive damaged merchandise, please retain all inner and outer packaging for inspection by the carrier. Due to changes in the shipping industry's policies, if you refuse an order you will be required to pay both the initial freight to you AND the return freight charges to our warehouse.

Although we cannot guarantee specific ship dates, we will honor them as closely as possible. When placing your order, please include a ship date and a cancel date. The ship date is the earliest date you want your order to ship. The cancel date is the last day that it can be shipped from our warehouse without canceling. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Please consider estimated transit times when choosing your ship and cancel dates. Please inform us of special events and open-house dates so that we can better serve your needs.
